The Damen Kegel Verein (DKV) is a Saengerrunde Ladies Social Group organized in 1935. Its primary function is to support club bowling activity. however, it is totally dedicated to promoting fellowship throughout Saengerrunde.

The organization holds monthly meetings, except during the summer. In addition to conducting DKV business, the meetings normally include a speaker, or an activity such as bingo, followed by refreshments.

Funds are raised by selling food and refreshments at Saengerrunde bowling tournaments and through a very nominal annual dues fee. Money raised is used to support club bowling and to sponsor three annual social events - The Saengerrunde Christmas dance, the Damen Kegel Verein Anniversary Party and the Damen Kegel Verein picnic.

Our Damen Kegel Verein provides a great opportunity for ladies, both bowlers and non-bowlers to participate in activities at Saengerrunde.
